Engineer - Client Liaison

Marc has extensive public sector engineering design and management experience in Missouri, including serving as Engineering Supervisor for the City of Jefferson City (15 years), Director of Public Works for Cole County, Missouri (7 years) and Director of Public Works for the City of Springfield (18+ years). Following his retirement from the City of Springfield, Marc served as the Safety & Mobility Engineer for the Federal Highway Administration, Missouri Division (7 years). He was the Program Manager for the advancement and oversight of FHWA national highway safety and mobility programs and initiatives.

As a Senior Engineer – Client Liaison for CJW, Marc will be responsible for working directly with our clients to help manage projects, review plans, attend meetings, provide support and assistance to project teams, and collaborate with clients to identify and implement project goals.
