Jeanne recently joined CJW Transportation Consultants, bringing over 31 years of transportation engineering experience gained with the Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT). During her tenure, she held various key positions, including Traffic Studies Engineer, Transportation Planner, Traffic Operations Engineer, and District Traffic Engineer for eight years. This extensive background has provided her with a comprehensive understanding of transportation systems and operations.

At MoDOT, Jeanne managed the Transportation Management Center, leading initiatives that enhanced the efficiency of St. Louis’ Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) program. She oversaw significant project management and resource allocation, handling an annual budget of $8 million while ensuring optimal stewardship of funds. Her leadership during major organizational changes demonstrated her commitment to employee development and delivering outstanding customer service.

After retiring from MoDOT, Jeanne served as the Transportation Department Manager at a St. Louis DBE engineering firm, where she led a multidisciplinary team of engineers, designers, and technicians. She balanced business development, project management, and staff development, building solid relationships with clients and collaborating with marketing teams on proposals and outreach.

At CJW, Jeanne brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in project execution and team leadership. Her dedication to improving transportation systems and her focus on client relationships align perfectly with CJW’s commitment to delivering high-quality services.

Jeanne holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville. She is an active member of professional organizations, including WTS and the St. Louis ITE Chapter, where she has held various leadership roles. Jeanne is also a licensed Professional Engineer in Missouri and Illinois.
