Welcoming Garrett Evans to the CJW Team

Garrett recently joined CJW after six years with the Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) Southwest District, where he held various roles that honed his expertise in civil engineering. Upon graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Arkansas in 2018, Garrett began his career at MoDOT as a designer, focusing on sidewalk, overlay, and auxiliary lane projects. In 2021, Garrett transitioned to his final role at MoDOT, where he managed all federal funding for local agencies and coordinated development plan reviews. As the Plan Review Coordinator, Garrett ensured compliance with MoDOT policies across various submissions, including development plans, transportation impact studies, public improvement plans, and stormwater designs. His diverse experience and commitment to excellence make him a valuable asset to CJW.
