Keith Francis, PE
Engineer
Keith recently joined CJW after retiring from the City of Branson, Missouri. He brings extensive civil engineering design and leadership experience in both the private and public sectors. Keith served as a project engineer and as a senior engineer in the private sector for 9+ years, with assignments in Saudi Arabia, Savannah GA, and Springfield MO. Following his tenure in the private sector, Keith worked as a project manager for the City of Springfield’s Public Works Department (Engineering Division) for 11 years. He was responsible for managing and designing water resources projects, including wastewater infrastructure, stormwater management (BMPs), conveyance, detention/retention facilities, and green infrastructure initiatives.
Keith also worked for the City of Branson, serving as the Assistant Director of Public Works for 9 years and as the Director of Public Works & Engineering Department for 4+ years.
In his role as a Senior Engineer/Water Resources Engineer, Keith will have civil engineering and water resources engineering responsibilities for wastewater infrastructure, stormwater conveyance, and water quality initiatives, including new civil sites, roadway, and stormwater remediation projects.
